Daniel Shakhani is a British-born inventor, social entrepreneur, financier, and philanthropist recognized as one of Business Insider's 100 most influential people shaping British technology. As co-founder of Salary Finance alongside the former Head of Google U.K., Daniel created one of the fastest-growing fintech companies focused on financial well-being. Salary Finance has reached 700 global institutions and impacted the lives of 4 million employees.

Daniel leads the Harvard Human Flourishing Program, which has secured $43 million in funding to support the largest longitudinal study on human flourishing worldwide. He is also the Chief Executive of RDS Group, a family-owned company focused on developing ventures that prioritize triple bottom line investing, blending financial returns with social and environmental impact.

In March 2015, Daniel sold his fintech company, FON, to a FTSE 250 company. Since then, he has dedicated his efforts to building products, platforms, and services that drive meaningful social change and create lasting impact.

Previously, Daniel held senior roles as a Director at Goldman Sachs and Managing Director at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
